On February 22, 2019, a discussion group consisting of 7 experts, including Professor Yu Lihua of Tongji University, Professor Xu Xueji of Fudan University, Secretary-General Wu Hong of the Optical Functional Materials Branch of the China Rare Earth Industry Association, Director Yang Lihua of the Wuhan Vision Protection Center, Professor Xiao Hui of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering of Tongji University, Professor Yang Yue, a professor-level engineer of the National Lighting Quality Inspection Center, and Professor Chen Yi of the School of Planning and Architecture of Tongji University, held an expert discussion meeting on Baishijia LED educational lighting products in the 602 conference room of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering of Tongji University. After careful review of the materials and full discussion, the following opinions were formed:
1. Baishijia LED educational lighting products, namely classroom general lighting lamps and blackboard lamps, are two novel lighting lamps. The product has passed the 3C certification of the China Quality Certification Center (see Appendix 1). Among them, the general lighting lamps for classrooms are indirect lighting lamps, which have been authorized by domestic and international patents. Their performance is tested by the National Lighting Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The test report is shown in (Attachment 2). The test data is reliable and valid.
2. Baishijia LED classroom general lighting lamps take advantage of the high light efficiency of LED and adopt a special reflective structure (see Appendix 3 for the authorized patent certificate) to convert the traditional direct emission light lighting into an indirect reflection light lighting mode, greatly improving the uniformity and comfort of classroom space lighting, eliminating the glare and blue light hazards of LED lighting, and achieving the lighting effect of "seeing light but not lamp and seeing light but not shadow". (See Appendix 4 for the on-site test report of classroom lighting)
3. Baishijia LED educational lighting products use special materials and technologies with high light transmittance and high heat dissipation rate to reduce the loss of LED light, increase life, and improve the quality of the light environment. (See Appendix 5 for other application examples) In summary, these two lamps are beneficial to the teaching and learning of teachers and students in the classroom space, and are more conducive to the visual health of teachers and students. They can not only be used exclusively for classroom lighting, but also have great application value and development potential for high-quality and high-light-efficiency indoor lighting.
